Actions by the administration stemmed from a 2.5 times boost in charging stations in Surat, Pune, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Chennai in the recent four months, a power ministry statement stated.

With this infrastructure in position, EV consumers would not have to wait for their 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers to charge, be worried about the spectrum, or recall to charge it.
